Solenoid Valve Lift Adjuster

The equipment is using a self-developed program strategy to precisely measure and adjust the opening and closing lift of the solenoid valve. The magnitude of the solenoid valve lift directly determines the static flow rate. Therefore, this process is one of the key core processes in the production of high-speed pulsating metering solenoid valves, which directly affects the injection results of the solenoid valve. Parameters with special requirements can be customized and designed according to customer needs.

This technology can be widely used in various kinds of high-speed electromagnetic metering valve lift adjustment, and other ultra-precision assembly adjustment fileds, displacement control up to 1μm.

The single-station solenoid valve lift adjuster is used to adjust the flow parameters of the solenoid valve in the R&D and trial production process. The equipment can be expanded to multi-station production equipment according to customer needs.
