ECU/MCU/GCU On-load Aging Test Bench

The equipment is equiped with historical data statistics and report automatic generation, and safety protection function to ensure system and personnel safety.

On-load current rate: 300A (peak 600A), voltage: 100-1000V, max. test power: 320KW, compatible with MCU & PCU on-load aging.

With temperature control system, simulates working conditions.

With CAN-CAN communication, filtering, shielded wire connection and other measures are used to adjust signal acquisition stability.

Split layout design is adopted to concentrate the heat impedance to the load room for centralized heat dissipation, water cooling for centralized cooling to improve the energy efficiency.

Application:  ECU/MCU/GCU finished product whole set on-load aging test.
